Our team typically responds within 5-15 minutes. Please be patient and avoid creating multiple tickets — duplicate tickets may delay your support.
Ranks are delivered automatically within 1-5 minutes. If you haven't received yours after 15 minutes, please create a support ticket with your transaction ID and Minecraft username.
All sales are final. Refunds are not issued once a rank or item has been delivered. Please read our Terms of Service for more details.
