Server Rules & Terms

1. General Conduct

  • Be respectful to all players and staff. Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
  • No hacking, cheating, or use of unapproved mods that give an unfair advantage.
  • No exploiting bugs or glitches. Report them to staff immediately.
  • No advertising other servers or services.
  • Staff decisions are final. Arguing with staff in public chat may result in a mute.

2. Chat Rules

  • No spamming, excessive caps, or flooding.
  • No inappropriate language, slurs, or NSFW content.
  • No begging for ranks, items, or staff positions.
  • Keep discussions in English in public channels.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All purchases are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway.
  • Rank deliveries are automated and typically delivered within 1-5 minutes.
  • If you do not receive your purchase within 15 minutes, contact support on Discord.
  • Chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban from the server and store.

No Refunds

All payments are final. Once a rank or item has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

4. Rank & Perk Usage

  • Ranks are granted as temporary permissions (30 days) and will expire automatically.
  • Abusing rank perks to disrupt gameplay may result in rank removal without refund.
  • Rank sharing or transferring to another player is not allowed.
  • We reserve the right to modify or remove perks at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Account Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account.
  • Never share your login details or session tokens with anyone.

6. Privacy

  • We only collect the minimum data needed to process your purchases (email, Minecraft username).
  • Your payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card information.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
By using the BlenderMC server or store, you agree to all rules and terms listed above.
